Had a fantastic weekend here celebrating for a hen weekend! The place was perfect to accommodate a large group, big enough for communal socialising but also enough private spaces. Cathy was fantastic at communicating and was happy to provide extras where needed. Brilliant location, stunning views and easy to get to Cambridge centre! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely place. My second time here and it is just perfect. Amenities are top tier with clear instructions - we booked the games barn extra and had a lovely night playing games and making pizzas in the pizza oven. The house is extremely homely and cosy, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub and sauna are great. Love the animals in the garden. Lovely location for gentle walks and pub just over the road or a nice walk into the next village. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including some little treats, and even robes, extra towels, toiletries and flip flops etc. Really excellent home & hosts. Thanks very much!

Had a lovely stay in the lodge. Beds comfy, place was clean and luxurious, great to have robes for when utilising the hot tub. Temp of hot tub did unfortunately vary and was cold on first night but soon sorted through instructions from host. Overall a very lovely stay with beautiful views and secluded quiet environment.WiFi a bonus! Lovely touches including bottle of wine, welcome note and folder providing info on local area and places to eat. We enjoyed visiting the foxton locks, the local tearoom and the local market for some lovely fresh produce.

The property is tucked away but we found it pretty easily as the instructions were very helpful. The cottage was perfect as a base for us and has some thoughtful touches such as lots of towels, and tea, coffee and other essentials.

We just spent 2 nights at Fred and Charlotte's glamping retreat - and what a weekend! In a peaceful and private location, the accommodation is beautifully clean, well-equipped and was absolutely perfect for our group of 14! Especially loved the hot tub, fire pit area, spacious kitchen/ dining room and the on-site bar! We even had a yoga class in the field alongside the surrounding cows and horses! I would highly recommend to any other large groups looking for somewhere to stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a lovely stay in Somersham with Dessie and Paul. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed and the kids loved having their own space away from the adults. Really lovely surroundings and the paddock was a nice touch, we enjoyed playing a bit of football. Lovely hosts, provided everything we needed and great communication - thank you!

Beautiful bungalow well furnished, good temperature from underfloor heating. Beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, shower great. Only cooked one meal but appliances worked well. Parking superb, outside space very user friendly. had a great weekend. (Local taxi firm was great as well)

We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. Katrien's cottage was ideal for our stay in Oundle. Close to the centre of town, walkable in 5 - 10 minutes. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped with plenty of choice of crockery and glassware. a very well equipped kitchen. Katrien has taken a lot of thought into the decor and ambience of the property. The bedrooms were a good size, very comfortable beds and lovely crisp linen. a well appointed shower room, which was spotlessly clean. Katrien is a great host. She was very helpful finding on street parking. Her communication is very personable and her response time very quick.

Our team loved their stay at Ami's place. Ami is a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble. there was a problem with the heating and this was sorted within a couple hours of reporting this. The house is spacious , comfy and spotless with plenty of parking. We can recommend Ami and his house we can recommend this house to everyone , sorry not too many as it will be booked up next time we are in the area and the team would be disappointed if they couldn't stay

We had a lovely stay - the cottage was a good size and it was very peaceful. It was a great base to explore Stowe, Bletchley Park and Waddesdon Manor, with delightful villages all around. Lovely countryside walks from the cottage too.

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

What a beautiful and special place! So many lovely little touches and such an interesting building! The surroundings are so pretty, much wildlife and it felt like it had its own Mediterranean micro climate! Sharon & Lulu were great hosts, so helpful and responsive. Really flexible on check in and check out times and provided local recommendations. This included Fords Kitchen, we were lucky enough to have Tom provide dinner one evening. The food was delicious and beautiful, also a complete stress free treat because he knows the venue and hosts! Having a yoga studio on site was a gorgeous addition. Lulu guided us through the most magical private yoga, breath work & sound bath. I very much hope to return! ❤️🥰

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃
