Step back in time embracing the Victorian era, once prevalent in this historic town. Ideal for guests who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing and biking.

Lake House on Lake Winnipesaukee - Renovated!

Beautiful 5 bedroom home in Center Harbor (between Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake) available for rent. We just finished completely rehabbing interior, and freshly painted and landscaped exterior(2022). The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. Sweeping views of the Lake, it comfortably sleeps 12 people and is large enough for 2/3 families vacationing together. PLEASE NOTE: 7 night minimum in summer weeks.

Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Welcome to the beautiful Lakes Region of Laconia where you are surrounded by family friendly activities such as boating, jet skiing ,hiking, a skate park, a playground within walking distance, many more! We have the amazing Gunstock mountain for all kinds of summer activities as well as skiing and tubing and biggest arcade around along with delicious seafood and other restaurants. We have put our creativity in renovating the house to make it as cozy and homey as if you were at your own.

Eagles Aerie Suite

Spacious and Unique Farmhouse and its close proximity to Franklin Falls Dam Recreational area 2/10 of a mile from our driveway. Hike, bike or tent and come B&B it. If you are a spinner/ knitter, bring your wheel or borrow mine! I have a few hundred LBS of alpaca fiber or sheep's wool to spin. I also offer up a quaint little farm store as part of the spinner's nook. Sit on the deck and listen to the babbling brook! Come relax and have fun. All inclusive farm breakfast on Sunday!

K&V Farm: NH home with a Montana flare - Iron room

This room is ONLY AVAILABLE when booked simultaneously with the Omi Room due to sharing a bathroom. We welcome you to our lovely town and to our country estate. K&V Farm is nestled on 9 forested acres near Moody Mountain just 4 miles from downtown Wolfeboro and only 2 miles from the public beaches on Lake Wentworth. Wilderness and wildlife abounds with hiking trails less than 5 minutes away. Take a relaxing step back in time and enjoy the relaxation of our home...
