Es befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage 15 min. von der Altstadt mitten in Dubrovnik, alles ist sehr nah zu Fuss erreichbar. Umrandet vom Garten, bietet es eine eigene Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen im Freien. Wer wohnen möchte wie ein richtiger Einheimischer ist hier richtig, die Lage ist sehr begehrt. 4 verschiedene Busstationen befinden sich binnen 5 Minuten vom Haus. Das Apartment besteht aus einem grossen, komfortablen Schlafzimmer mit Gartenblick, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kabelfernsehen. Aus dem Flur kommt man in das Bad (Dusche) + Waschmaschine, die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Die private Terasse lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. Miss Mia apartment is fully equipped, newly furnished (2022) 4 star apartment. Highlight of this property is a sea view balcony with sitting area, where you can enjoy your time with beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. Free parking is also included in the price. Apartment is situated within walking distance from the old town (15-20 min) and Bellevue beach (10 min), grocery store, bakery and bus station. Two bus stops to the old town are just down the street. The flat is not suitable for babies.

Beim betreten befindet man sich im Eingangsbereich aus dem ca 15 Treppen in die 1 Etage führen. Der Eingang ist nur für die eine Wohnung. In der 1. Etage betritt man die grosse Küche aus der man in die weiteren Zimmer und Bad gelangt. Viel Spaß!
