Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und ist 54 qm gross. Es befindet sich in ausgezeichneter Lage 15 min. von der Altstadt mitten in Dubrovnik, alles ist sehr nah zu Fuss erreichbar. Umrandet vom Garten, bietet es eine eigene Terrasse zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen im Freien. Wer wohnen möchte wie ein richtiger Einheimischer ist hier richtig, die Lage ist sehr begehrt. 4 verschiedene Busstationen befinden sich binnen 5 Minuten vom Haus. Das Apartment besteht aus einem grossen, komfortablen Schlafzimmer mit Gartenblick, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kabelfernsehen. Aus dem Flur kommt man in das Bad (Dusche) + Waschmaschine, die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Die private Terasse lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein.
