Enjoy views over the Bellinger river in this fully equipped four bedroom house, located on 23 acres just 5 minutes from town. With AC in every room, outdoor dining, fire pit, river access, indoor spa bath and stylish interiors, you will feel at home in this recently renovated Federation Cottage from 1918 featuring a verandah, entertaining area with retractable fly screens, private nature trails and swimming spots. Beaches, waterfalls and national parks within a short distance.

The nest is a free standing cabin on 5 hectares of land in the beautiful Gleniffer Valley just 5 minutes drive from Bellingen. The cabin has a wrap around verandah and is tucked away from the main house providing privacy, tranquility and an opportunity to enjoy the gardens and the amazing wildlife who we share the property with. Please walk around to enjoy the property during your stay. There are landscaped gardens, an orchard and veggie patch, so help yourself to produce.

This brand new tiny home offers the best of both worlds. Not only can you escape into a rural setting with ocean views but as an added bonus the beach is only a 3 minute drive. Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

We are on a peaceful 10 acres of farmland in Gleniffer just 8 minutes north of Bellingen in the Promised Land. Your self contained cottage is separate to our house and has panoramic valley and mountain views across to 'Old Man Dreaming'. You have a private outdoor patio complete with outdoor rustic bath and rain shower, all looking over the country side. If you are travelling with another couple book 'Brown Dog Barn' on our farm as well.

The Barn Bellingen

A light and airy, newly renovated 100 year old barn, using recycled materials lovingly restored by our local super skilled friends. Just 3 minutes walk into beautiful Bellingen town. Private and secluded in the grounds of our home with its own laneway entrance. We are a family of 4 with our dog and our cat. Super comfy king size bed. The property isn't suitable for young children.
