チェックインは簡単でした。設備は新しくて、シャワーの水圧や温度も充分でした。コンビニやお店も近くにありました。1区へは距離がありますが、快適な部屋でした。

The landlord is very hospitable and helpful. He provided us with a travel guide and the communication was very smooth. He also helped us extend our check-out time. The house is very clean and it has a kitchen and a washing machine. There is a large supermarket downstairs and life is very convenient. It is a 30-minute drive from the city center and the transportation is also very convenient.

Worth it!

we had an amazing experience staying in this beautiful 2-bedroom modern condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hosts went above and beyond by gifting us a lovely selection of fresh fruits as a thoughtful welcome gesture – such a nice touch! The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a sleek modern aesthetic. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. What truly made our stay special was the hosts. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even provided fantastic recommendations for food spots and places to visit in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. It was clear they truly care about their guests' experience

We spent New Year's Eve in the newly developed Vinhomes area. The host was very kind and helpful, answering all our questions promptly.

Staying in Go Vap gave me a real taste of authentic Saigon. The neighborhood is lively but still peaceful, with lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. There’s also a great gym just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The family hosting me was so kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable—perfect for a longer stay. District 1 is about 20-25 minutes away by scooter, so it’s easy to get around. I really enjoyed my time here—thank you for making it such a great experience! 10/10 would recommend.❤️ NB! Nhung also offers scooters for rent, which is super convenient. For me, Saigon traffic is a bit extreme, so I preferred using Grab to get around, but having a scooter rental option is a great addition if you’re looking for one.

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Another perfect, friendly stay!!!

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

David est un hôte très agréable et réactif. Le logement est très bien, moderne et proche d’un grand coop où on y trouve tout supermarché, boutique de vêtements, restauration, etc. Marché de nuit sympa et typique du pays avec tous les restaurateurs locaux où nous y dînons très bien. Joli parc à proximité. Un quartier neuf et résidentiel avec une grande piscine et transat pour se relaxer. Des restaurants et café aux alentours. À spécifier que c’est à 20km du centre de Ho Chi Minh (marché Ben Than) soit 45mn. Perso nous avions loué un scooter 🛵 pour notre séjour afin d’être autonome pour nous déplacer. Je recommande avec plaisir David pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại nhà của Hao, ngôi nhà rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, nhà hàng, siêu thị, chợ đêm, xe buýt miễn phí, tôi thật sự rất hài lòng về nơi này, Hao rất thân thiện và tiếp đón tôi một cách chu đáo, tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại nơi này!

Chose this place for my staycation experience. Enjoy it, everything is exactly as shown in the picture. Very unique and well organized Japanese style. Room is clean and well-equipped. The biggest minus point is that there is no wifi and hair dryer so it is a bit inconvenient.

great accommodation. I stayed for only one night. There is a convenience store right in front of the building so it was easy to pick up every thing I needed.

The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Room is big and comfortable.
