This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning to the living area. Full size kitchen and generous bathroom with bath and a shower big enough for the whole gang! Your downtime can be filled with games of table tennis or a soak in the magnesium pool which is shared with the main house. Private Lock up garage and laundry.

Our place is great for couples and solo travellers and we welcome people from all across the globe. :)

Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
