I went to Michigan to compete in the Ironman 70.3 in Frankfort and this place was perfect! It has plenty of beds/ sofa options and was big enough to host a family pasta dinner! Great location right in town in Beulah we could walk to restaurants and shops! And it ended up being only 15 minutes from the race which was great! Grocery stores were an easy 5 minute drive as well.

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Loved the hot tub but wished it has some sort shelving around it to set your drinks and towels on. Also, a simple update - replace the screen/season doors would be nice. The location was incredible, spent a lot of time in Frankfort and drove up to Glen Arbor. Great get away.

This was a perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy Crystal Mountain for skiing.

Linda's place was everything we could have wanted and more. It was the perfect cozy cabin, so close to our planned activities, nice and quiet/peaceful, and well stocked with anything we could need. Linda was very understanding and a great host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

My husband, our dog, and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Spencer & Graham’s place! The home is comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to the activities we had planned. While it isn’t in a walkable neighborhood, downtown Frankfort is just a quick drive away. For those looking to hike, it provides easy access to Sleeping Bear Dunes and local nearby trails. Be aware that in the off‑season some attractions, shops, and restaurants may be closed. However, we still had some great options including Crescent Bakery which was our favorite! We did encounter heating and Wi‑Fi hiccups early on, but Spencer and Graham were incredibly responsive, resolved everything promptly, and even offered a partial refund and extra night’s stay. With their quick action, the issue had minimal impact and we felt taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leah’s Lake Cottage! The cottage itself was adorable and the location was perfect for exploring Traverse City and other nearby attractions. We loved having access to the canoes and other boats, which made for some great adventures on the lake. The lake floor was a bit mushy, so walking out into the lake took some getting used to, but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. The views and the sense of peace were incredible, making it the perfect spot to unplug and enjoy the lake. Our puppy Lola loved every square inch of the lake and the cottage. The sunroom was a perfect place for morning coffee or late-night drinks and chatting. Lola especially enjoyed curling up in one of the chairs and taking naps in the sunshine. Overall, Leah’s Lake Cottage provided a serene and delightful getaway that we will cherish for a long time

The location and Lake are the beauty of this cottage! Crystal lake is amazing the views, the water clarity, the fishing, are why we came! I Enjoyed running on the Bestsie valley trail along the south end of the lake. The Elberta beach lookout is a must see when the sun is bright, it overlooks lake Michigan and the pier, displaying the incredible blue water reminding me of the Caribbean . The beds were comfy and the nights were quiet as it was hot and we had all the windows open. The furniture is as stated, very old and lacking in comfort but wasn't used much. Grateful for the time away and the owners sharing there place with us!

Wonderful location and perfect accommodations for 4 women to share some time together. Binged Netflix one night on the smart TV. Toasty campfires in the fire pit the other 2 nights. Bonus - Northern Lights over Little Platte Lake!!

We loved how close we were to everything in Frankfort! If we forgot something we needed at the beach, it was so easy to just run back to the rental! Denise was so helpful! We forgot to bring beach towels, so she dropped off extra towels for us!

Great place and would definitely stay there again. Very spacious, nice bedrooms that all had separate air conditioners (great for spring to fall), and close to the nearby highways to nearby towns.

We loved our stay here! Such a quiet and cozy community by the lake and driving distance to so many trails, beaches and even some of the bigger cities. Easy to communicate with and lots of things provided that were so helpful during our stay. Would love to come back!

Second time staying at Moon Cottage. Great location. Walkable to everything in Frankfort. House had everything I needed, was clean, quiet and loved the outside deck to sit and watch butterflies.

This was an absolute stunning place to stay! We enjoyed being on the lake and it felt cozy inside the home. Sleeping bear dunes was close. I’d definitely book a stay here again.

We had a lovely first visit to Lake Ann and the Traverse City area. We were delighted that Lake Ann was in the "middle" of everything we wanted to do, so we never had more than a 35-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Traverse City, or the Tesla charger at Meijer. The cottage offered at least three beds, so our grown-up children did not have to share. We rented paddle boards for one day -- so much fun! Papa J's Pizza was super yummy on a rainy night. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.
