Gabrielle was an amazing host! We loved our time at the house. I wish I could copy what my 10 year old daughter wrote in the guest book before we left. It was hard to leave. The house was clean, with comfy beds, had everything we needed, and very close to the Village and Sky park, stores and restaurants. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place was pretty good we went up to big bear to ski and snowboard the place is welcomed with some signs of skiing and stuff and it makes it so cool , but over all this place has everything you need

The ad for this property looked fantastic when I found it on the Airbnb website. The booking was easy and the host was very responsive. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy. I was very surprised when we entered the house, to find that it was even better than pictured and described in the website. It had a cabin feel and decor, but it was very spacious, with a huge kitchen and large and very comfortable bedrooms. The views of the lake were spectacular, and there was only a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in the village. We booked this home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Although we did go explore the village and the nature around us, we also spent a lot of time with our family enjoying all the house had to offer, cooking, playing pool and board games, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We could not have been happier with this beautiful house, and we will definitely contact Jeffrey to book another stay next time we are planning a trip to Big Bear.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

Perfect location, lots to do and very kind hosts

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

Nice little cabin steps from the lifts at Snow Summit. Pretty clean and well equipped. Bryan was very responsive and accommodating.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

The cuckoos nest was the perfect little romantic getaway for me and my partner and was exactly what we were looking for! Extremely welcoming. Loved the modern interior and customizable lights. Gotta love the cannabis friendliness of this space, something my boyfriend really appreciated. Lee was also the perfect host, and always communicated in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the Cuckoos nest!

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Nice little cabin. Looked a lot bigger on the images. It’s actually quite small but we enjoyed our stay.
