We are a family of 8 adults and fit Kim's place perfectly. My aunts could not climb the stairs, luckily there was a spare mattress on the 1st floor. Around the hhouse are many local eateries and it 's walking distance from the beautiful beach. Kim also helped us to book the transport to Nhơn Lí. Everything is clean and well maintained.

Welcome to the most comfortable bed in Vietnam! Beds aside, My Ans place is quiet, safe, spacious, and tucked into a local neighborhood. There is a great local cafe 10 meters away, a great local pho place 100 meters away, another great local restaurant 50 meters away, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. My An and her husband Mr. Tai were both amazing and became personal friends. They will help you with anything you need. And Mr. Tai's coffee is the best! Things that might not meet your preferences here would be a view, since windows are limited and it's a townhouse. Also, there is slight noise from a fan of you turn on the kitchen lights (to work on the wonderfully large kitchen table), but if you have music on or headphones this won't be an issue at all, and they mentioned they would be fixing it anyway. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay, come!

The building is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just 50 meters from the beach, making it super easy to get around 🌊. Surrounded by awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, and convenience stores, you’ve got everything you need nearby 🏪. The apartment is clean, spacious, and airy, with modern, brand-new furniture 🏠. The bed is incredibly comfy with four pillows, including a big one I absolutely adore 🛏️. Situated on the 11th floor, it boasts an open view and a breathtaking sea vista 🌅. The host is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic 😊. Even when I arrived at midnight, they welcomed me with warmth and thoughtful support 🙌.

This apartment is fantastic. It faces the lake and city, which is quite nice at night. The host is very responsive and helpful, even with recommendations if you ask them. The pictures are very accurate and everything was in great shape and well cleaned. Looking forward to staying here again when I come to Quy Nhon.

I wanted a soft, comfortable bed and I got one!! This place is super clean and organized. The balcony has a great view of the beach, sea and the city. Only one block to the beach with lots of food and coffee everywhere- but that’s Vietnam in general. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. The elevators are super fast and there’s a private lift by the room that goes straight to the garage to pick up your bike or car. Good job on this one! Felt so comfortable!!

Great stay in Quy Nhon. I’ve stayed at the TMS building before(but with a different host), so knew what to expect. Pros: •Absolutely epic wraparound balcony with the best views. This is reason enough to stay here. •Great kitchen(I’m a chef) to cook in, with sliding doors that open up to the balcony and its views. •Spacious bathroom and shower. •Very peaceful, with no noise from any neighbor units. Cons: •No couch to relax on. This host has other options available, so if a comfy couch is your thing, then see what else they have. •Pool and gym access not included. It’s not the host’s fault. Just seems like that’s how all large condo buildings in Quy Nhon are run. •No parking available on site. I’m driving around Vietnam on a motorbike, and on-site parking is always nice for unloading and security. There is paid parking across the street. All in all, a well priced spot with fantastic views, peaceful sleep and a friendly responsive host. I would stay again.

Ngoc Lan’s place is exactly as described. Located on a high floor incredible view out over the beach onto the ocean. The unit was super clean and had everything within to make our stay very comfortable The hosts and her staff response time was very quick. Overall, a great place to stay I highly recommend.

The place was comfortable. Host was friendly and always willing to help, which made me feel very reassured. Thank you so much for the lovely little gift — it was so adorable. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance!

We had an excellent 10 nights stay! The apartment is very big, bigger than the photos suggest. We felt at home instantly. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well the entire time. The kitchen is well equipped and we have done a lot of cooking. WiFi worked well too. The communication with the host was efficient and prompt. Also the staff at the building were always available for any request. We were really considering extending our stay but due to previous commitment we couldn't unfortunately but hope to get a chance to come back. One of the best Airbnb experiences so far. Highly recommend.
