The place was beautiful, safe, and clean. The location was near the metro station, so easily accessible, and a quick train ride into district 1. Also a lot of restaurants near by with a walkable distance. Jennie was very responsive when it came to communication. She also accommodated based on the guest's needs. Highly recommended to others. And I definitely would rent from her again.

빈탄은 관광객이 많은 1,2군과 지리적으로 매우 가까워서 머물기가 좋습니다, 특히 1,2군보다는 좀 더 조용하고 쾌적한 느낌으로 지내기엔 매우 좋았습니다, 특히 호스트분이 매우 친절하고 고객 모국어로 직접 응대를 해 주어서 소통하는데 전혀 문제 없었습니다, 집도 매우 훌륭하고 깨끗해서 지내기에 좋았습니다, 정말 추천합니다!

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this unit. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and hassle free.The unit itself was well maintained. It is conveniently located near the city with a supermarket on the building super handy for groceries and essentials.They provided everything you might need from kitchenware to toiletries readily available. Plus the fast internet and Netflix were a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.
