The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Saltwater Holiday House

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.

The D'Estrees bay Shack is surrounded by the Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park, 45 minutes from the ferry at Penneshaw and 30 minutes from Kingscote. Remote, basic but comfortable and completely off grid with stand alone solar and rainwater. A perfect place to base yourself to enjoy the wonders of the south coast of Kangaroo Island The bathroom is located separate from the main building with well lit undercover access and plenty of room to shower sandy salty kids. A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).

Searenity Holiday Apartment, Emu Bay

This luxury apartment consists of a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are included. For meal preparation there is a well-equipped kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not suitable for children. We pride ourselves on providing a very high standard of presentation and customer service and are there to greet you on arrival to hand you the keys and answer any questions.
