I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. The host, Piotr, was incredibly kind and responsive — he answered all my questions quickly and even gave great recommendations for food and transportation in Batumi. The location was perfect and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip comfortable!

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

It is an extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy apartment. Everything you might need from snow-white towels to a frying pan is in place. The apartment is equipped with the gas heater, which comes in handy in winter. All the devices (the heater, the washing machine, the cooktop, the hood, there is a hoover as well) are in a pristine condition and it's a pleasure to use them. Although the building is new, I barely heard any repair noises. It's an apartment building, so there is a reception downstairs and the guys there are available 24/7. The place is located some 3-4 minutes on foot from the embankment and the beach. There are lots of shops, fruit/vegetable stalls and cafes in the vicinity (I strongly recommend Old Ambari on Chavchavadze st.). Merab was very welcome, tactful and punctual, having arrived in person to hand over the key and was available throughout my stay. Note: the bed is not very big in size, so you might experience inconvenience if you're way above 180 cm in height

Très bon moment chez Stanislas, l'appartement est idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Malgré une réservation faite au dernier moment, Stanislas a été très réactif pour nous accueillir le plus vite possible.

Чистая, светлая квартира. Терраса - изюминка апартаментов! Здесь проводили все время. На пляже за нами были закреплены 2 шезлонга и зонт. Мы переживали за подъезд к комплексу, но дорога отремонтирована и у нас не возникло никаких трудностей. На территории тихо, почти нету людей. Ресторан и магазин не работают. За продуктами нужно ездить в город, но он недалеко и мы были готовы. Отлично провели время и обязательно вернемся еще. Могу смело рекомендовать апартаменты, вы не пожалеете! The place is nice, warm and cozy. It is private spot with a di-vi-ne view, you can watch the sunrise fron the bed! Adina is a great host, she responded fast to all my questions and even provided us some information about the area without me asking for them. We had a great time and will come back for sure on our next holiday in the area, if she allows us. :)

Ev temizliği çok iyiydi Hakan bey her zaman çok yardımseverdi. Lokasyon çok sessiz ve sakindi kuş ve doğa sesleri insanı dinlendiriyor. Araç ile ulaşım çok rahat. Çevrede ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz marketler ve restoranlar mevcut.

The view from this house is incredible. I really havent seen a better view than this. The garden in front is wonderful to sit at and enjoy the landscape. The neighborhood and house was very quiet, and its quite private. The street is not busy. The house has everything you need for cooking meals and it was all clean. The bathroom and shower is generously sized, I loved it, and the heater and AC work very well, cooling down quickly if you need it or heating up quickly if you need it. Also, there were many streaming options on the tv, which is great. The host was responsive and very kind. We had no issues here. But seriously, the landscape is very very gorgeous and the price was very reasonable.

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

We couldn't make up our minds which house we liked best because we stayed in both. Each of them has it's own advantages. This one has a huge back yard and it's very private. We liked the kitchen the best. You have everything you need to make yourself right at home. We even made a bbq in our last day. I would recommend the place for a small family. We took our parents with us and they stayed in the room facing the kitchen so we were always careful late, at night, not to wake them up with the lights or noise. So be mindful of that. Otherwise the area is wonderful. You need a car to get around but everything is within 10-15 min drive. We even saw a turtle on the side of the road in the village. Can't wait to go back!

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Katerina en haar man waren ontzettend behulpzaam. Onze telefoon was gestolen en Katerina en haar man hebben alles uit de kast getrokken om de telefoon weer terug te vinden. ( Dit is ook gelukt ). Los van dit, zijn het ontzettend aardige mensen die graag willen helpen. Je kunt ze alles vragen en ze zullen altijd antwoord geven. Het was echt een perfecte ervaring!

хорошая квартира, всё соответствует описанию. Очень тихое местоположение при этом пляж в 10-15 минутах пешком ,из-за того что рядом нету много отелей пляж достаточно пустой. Есть магазин рядом с домом там всё самое необходимое а есть маркет в 15-20 минутах ходьбы и также там станция общественного транспорта.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Престоят ни беше прекрасен. Мястото е доста спокойно, на 2 минути от плажната ивица. Настаняването е много удобно и Sharron е много гостоприемна. С голямо удоволствие бихме се върнали пак. 😊

Excelent, apartament foarte frumos, curățenie, gazde primitoare, 2 minute pe jos pana la plaja, totul arata ca în pozele de prezentare. Recomand aceasta locație.

Loved the view from the balcony ! The place is sparkling clean and there are some really nice small arrangements around the place to feel just like home. It’s a bit noisy form the park near by , but other than that amazing place to stay.
