Nearby restaurants include The Point, Mama Mia’s, Haddad’s, and Green Harbor Lobster Pound. Private updated guest house only a 0.2 mile walk to the entrance of Green Harbor Beach. The house has two bedrooms upstairs as well as a full bath. Downstairs has a 1/2 bath and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Laundry is also on the first floor. Off street parking and a small outside dining area are located right outside the door. Only steps from the the general store ("the genny") as well as many restuarants. The house is connected to the owners house by a breezeway. (No wall)

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.
