It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

A comfy/stylish house between Lytham and St Annes, overlooking Royal Lytham golf course and within five minutes walk of the sea front and Fairhaven Lake. Recentley refurbished, the house comes with all mod cons ... wifi, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
