Just 78 km from Reykjavik through the Þingvellir National park, and close to Geyser and Gullfoss waterfall. The apartment comfortably sleeps 2–4 guests, with one spacious bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy your own private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment with a private entrance. The bedroom is big with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has all the usual utensils, pots and pan, a toaster, tea kettle, three kind of coffee makers, a blender, micro-oven etc. Kitchen and the living room are in an open space with a door to a balcony, facing east. Great view over the lake and mountains. There is a private washing machine & dryer in a shared laundry room on the ground floor.

Björk is a former farm growing produce in greenhouses. We still have a couple of working greenhouses. The area, Kleppjárnsreykir is known for vegetable production such as tomatos, cucumbers, salads and strawberries. Although due to lack of sunlight in the darkest winter months there is little production from November til March. The area is very central to West Iceland exploration and many sights of interest in Borgarfjördur.
