The house features a high-end kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and luxurious amenities. This property is extremely dog-friendly! Centrally located to Woodstock, Kingston, and under 25 minutes to Hunter Mtn.

No full kitchen. Middle room has couch and smart t.v. Bedroom with comfortable queen and full bath. 5 min to 2 National Seashore pet friendly beaches. 5 min to Wiley park with pond and dog walk. 3 min to sunsets at the bay. Walk the cottage for ice cream, Rip tide & the Sunset Club for cocktails and dinner. Beach, boating, fishing, wildlife sanctuary, and the historic downtown Newburyport all just 40 miles from Boston!

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

Deeply sanitized, all handles Clorox wiped and cleaned thoroughly for all guests. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
