Das Apartment verfügt über einen umlaufenden Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und die Innenstadt. Die moderne Küche ist offen zum Wohnraum gestaltet und komplett ausgestattet. Vom separaten großen Schlafzimmer gelangt man in das "en suite" Badezimmer mit Dusche und Dampfbad. Ein Parkplatz steht derzeit nicht zur Verfügung, es gibt aber ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude.

We will provide Filer coffee/tea/milk for you to enjoy at your leisure. A seperate garden entrance and secure off-street parking allows you to come and go as you please. Centrally located in the leafy suburbs of Claremont, we are 20 minutes from both the city center and some main tourist attractions.
