Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. This is an older 1970s modular home. It is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a family, group or couple exploring the area. The kitchen has updated appliances with a gas stove/oven, fridge w freezer (and ice maker) and a table with seating for four (no dishwasher). As the description eludes to, this is a former grandmother residence.there is NO wifi.
