If you are looking for a larger place for your family and friends right in the heart of Tbilisi with great neighbourhoods and loads of restaurants - look no further. Being from London I would compare it to Shoreditch or Hackney - just off from being in central part of the city, but very trendy with loads of great restaurants minutes away. The apartment is the state of art. I travelled to a few different places around the world, but this was a pleasant surprise as you never know if the photos are a true reflection. The host was super responsive and sorted our issue with a boiler in no time. Highly recommended!

It was a perfect place to stay. The host accommodated all our needs and was very helpful with advices regarding the city and amenities. Could definitely recommend this apartment. The only thing to keep in mind - neighborhood might be a bit loud, so earbuds could be beneficial

Fantastic apartment! Everything is designed with great taste and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Natalia was always available and responsive. And the view of the city is absolutely stunning!

Я арендовал квартиру примерно на полтора месяца и в высшей степени доволен этим местом. Квартира уютная, обжитая, чистая, и в ней есть все необходимые принадлежности как для краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного пребывания. В плане расположения тоже все хорошо: метро буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы и множество магазинов, кафе и ресторанов поблизости. Из окон открывается прекрасный вид на другой берег Куры и на близлежащие горы. Отдельно хочу отметить гостеприимство и отзывчивость хозяев: они всегда готовы помочь, подсказать; общение происходило легко и дружелюбно. Очень рекомендую этот вариант, и спасибо Владимиру за гостеприимство!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! A wonderful place and Keti was a very kind, incredible host. Stayed with family and everyone enjoyed it so much, lots of space, luxurious linens and comfortable beds and furniture. The building inside is gorgeous, with high ceilings and hardwood floors, and felt very private and secure. We had breakfast on the terrace, and were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, the funicular to the top of the mountain and grocery and cafe across the street. Thank you Keti! We loved your place and had the best time!

Площадь состоит из трех этаже, нижний назовём 0 так как это не совсем подвал! Там расположено кухня гостиная, удобный диван где тоже можно поспать! Из необходимого есть все что можно ) большая раковина, кофе машина, чайник, посудомоечная, телевизор, посуда классная хочу подчеркнуть, встретили нас с полным холодильником напитков и большой фруктовой вазой, очень приятный бонус. Далее 1 этаж огромная кровать, диван, шкаф. Зеркало, не большой рабочий стол! Учтены мелкие нюансы, в шкафу лежит пластыр и антисептик для ран, натер ногу и вещь очень нужная, был приятно удивлен. Далее крыша самый классный уголок, где можно сидеть вечно, вид на вышку фуникулера, хвойные растения.на против дома известный винный магазин Винная галерея, там всегда берём напитки в подарок друзьям ну и себе пока там. И вся улица можно сказать антиквариатов, около 10 магазинов вокруг дома. В шаговой доступности Фабрика где можно найти еду на любой вкус и в пешей доступности минут 10 есть около 5 парков.

Mako’s place exceeded my expectations! The apartment is beautiful, fresh, modern and super comfortable, with spacious rooms and designer details. The terrace is amazing! It is huge and overlooks the city. Location is central, easily accessed and surrounded by everything you might need. It’s a walking distance from all major attractions of Tbilisi. Will definitely stay again when I’m back to Tbilisi.

We loved Davit’s flat, in fact so much that it was where I chose to stay again, for this, my second visit to Georgia. I liked the ambiance of the old building, the feeling from the decorative style in the flat, the closeness to the old part of the Tbilisi, and for the price, it was GREAT for us!!!
