Adirondacks Garnet Hill: pristine lake, privacy

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Stay in this charming chalet only 11 miles from Lake George and 19 miles to Gore Mountain! Sleeps up to twelve guests with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. There is a pet fee of $100 stay per pet. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Lovingly restored and privately located, this historic cabin offers beautiful mountain views. Nearby attractions include RevRail for rail biking, white water rafting on the Hudson River, Gore Mt and Garnet Hill for skiing and pristine 13th Lake. Elsewhere on property: wood fired pizza in summer, an on site bakery and cedar hot tub in a Japanese temple. We have four glamping tents and several additional cabins. Enjoy amazing star gazing while sitting fireside at your own firepit!
