Thanks for checking out my 3 bedroom flat in Edinburgh! Superbly located just 200 metres from Leith Walk. It’s served by a popular bus route and very close to the city centre. You will have the whole flat to yourself. There are 3 bedrooms and 6 people can stay. One of the double beds can separate into 2 single beds on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's 1 bathroom (shower + bath) and 1 ensuite (with shower). There’s fast wifi, board games & 43” TV with free Netflix + Amazon Prime.

Flat you will have on your own. 20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverly Station. 5 minute walk to great cafés, restaurants and bars on Leith walk. Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Close enough for the lively nightlife and Edinburgh Festival events, but not on a main road so peaceful. Check in times can be adjusted. Depends on bookings. Contact me for info.

Leith Walk has a wealth of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, combined with charity and second hand clothes, books, music and furniture shops! We’re also on the tram route so easy access direct from the airport ☺️
