This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay over Christmas! It was perfect size for our group - everyone had their privacy and space without being on top of one another. The place is exactly as described and very clean. The outdoor area is perfect for a summer evening dinner. Great location - just a few minutes walk to the town/pubs/restaurants. We will definitely return!

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Jill and David`s home is exactly as described, true to photos, spotlessly clean, some lovely extras, the location is very quiet, it is ideal for families or groups plenty of space, we highly recommend it we wouldn`t hesitate to book again if we travel to Bathurst. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Plus it is super dog friendly and there's way more to do and see in this area than I realised! Beautiful, quiet, scenic rural setting, just a few minutes from town centre. Lovely outlook. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. Dining table with BBQ is out on the deck. Thoughtful welcome pack including fresh farm eggs and bottle of wine. Generous guest supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Top quality appliances. This Airbnb was the perfect spot for a family getaway. The property matched the listing and offered plenty of space for larger families or groups. The outdoor area was both spacious and inviting, with the TV and fireplace making it perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Rachel was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and made check-in seamless. There were lots of puzzles and activities to keep the kids entertained, plus a cubbyhouse out the back. The complimentary cereal was also a lovely touch.

The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying evenings around the fire pit. It was a great spot to gather, share stories, and let the kids roast marshmallows, creating memories we’ll cherish. We highly recommend this property to any large group or travelling families—it was a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We hope to return in the future.
