It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Walk to bakery, grocery, gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely. Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
