Having had 3 previously very successful years helping families such as you make amazing lifetime memories on gorgeous Buzzards Bay, we hope to keep the tradition alive. Welcome to our fabulous, waterfront, studio cottage! Come relax and recharge at our beautiful property on Pocasset River, just five miles from the Bourne Bridge. Warm water beaches, bike paths, scrumptious restaurants and fun night spots are abundant and close by :) A lovely village awaits at your doorstep; walking distance to everything you’d ever need! Your accommodating hosts, Mary Ellen & Dan respect your privacy, but are most delighted to help in anyway to make for your perfect stay!

A Shore Thing (King Bed, private patio w/ grill)

Welcome to Cape Cod! Cute, quiet and clean. This adorable apartment is located just minutes over the Bourne bridge. This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. There is 1 bedroom with a very comfy king bed and a twin size bed in the main living area. Smart TVs. Pet friendly. Coffee & tea

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Adorable beach cottage in Gray Gables! This very charming home features a private back patio and outdoor shower. Updated kitchen and bathroom, laundry in unit. The living room features Cathedral-ceilings, a loft, and great natural light. Beautiful and lush plantings surround this warm and comfortable home - the perfect getaway! The sunroom is another great area and makes the space feel much larger. Steps to Gray Gables beach and the Mashnee Dike. Perfect for a Cape Cod family vacation!

Beautiful Cape Cod Canal

Enjoy fishing, biking and walking at this home situated on the Cape Cod Canal. Sit in your living room or kitchen island and watch the boats go by. There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale ,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.
