This cottage was everything in the listing and more. While the pictures are true to the listing, they could never fully do justice to the incredible view in every direction. You are a quick 1 mile walk down to the Yellowstone River. A 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the Pine Creek Lodge for diner and maybe a concert (check the website). A 30 minute drive to the Roosevelt Arch at Yellowstone National park provides some incredible scenery complete with all manner of wildlife. The kitchen is well stocked and I made breakfast every morning with the fresh eggs left in the fridge. The chickens that provided the eggs will keep you company on the back porch as you enjoy coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening. Rachel was a gracious and responsive host. Don't hesitate to book this cottage in this amazing setting.

Perfect comfortable, secluded space for us to celebrate Christmas as a family. Darlene and her family were generous, wonderful hosts. Particularly grateful for extra help for my little car in the snow—guests should be aware snow tires &/or 4wd are needed in winter.

I really enjoyed my solo time visiting the college kid. The neighborhood is an easy drive from Bozeman proper, but it's still definitely a drive. Well appointed and very comfortable stay. I loved being greeted by the chickens in the morning.

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway over Spring Break! Perfect Montana feel! It is elaborately decorated with all kinds of fishing gear/themed items. The kitchen is overflowing with snacks, breakfast/lunch supplies (muffin mixes, eggs, sauasage, breads galore, fruit) - I have never seen so much food provided by a host! I'd recommend packing lightly on your own food supplies or speak with Jerry & Linda about your needs. The kitchen can get a little cramped with all that is provided if you're also planning to bring your own food. There are lots of notes & signs throughout the cabin to help with instructions. They have thought of almost everything! The walkway from the parking area to the cabin can get icy with the spring thaw/freeze that is going on. It can be a little tough to navigate in the later evening/early morning. We brought a folding wagon to cart items from the car to the cabin and that was helpful! It is very cozy & rustic. The hotub was a huge bonus!

Amazing experience, Debbie was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. Accommodations were first class, and the location...... wow. Very clean, with every detail well thought out. So grateful for the tent heaters and heated comfy beds! Best part was the s'mores kit, an amazing treat outside my tent while watching a storm roll in. She even went above and beyond and included Reisees cups as an alt option versus traditional hersheys. Game changer! I will be back for sure!

We love the house name, Little Fish Ranch, as it perfectly captures the charm of this unique home. It is like a little fish, nestled beside the Yellowstone River, tucked away in a hill, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Our favorite aspect is how the home harmonizes with nature. It is situated partially within the earth, benefiting from its natural insulation—keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. Every room offers stunning views of the mountains, a constant reminder of the ever-changing beauty of the landscape. In the mornings, we watch birds flit about the trees, and at night, the moon rises above the peaks. There were times when it rained, we drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of raindrops. Peter's love and passion for space, design, and nature are evident in every detail of the house. Each element is thoughtfully crafted. Being in this house brings us a sense of calm and delight. We are truly grateful for this wonderful stay at this precious Little Fish Ranch.

Gretchen's location was perfectly located for us-close to our friends and about 10-12 mins from Downtown, our gym, and the dog park 😊 Gretchen was friendly, and even had breakfast fixins waiting for us in the fridge which we enjoyed. It was a special touch for sure. She even provided our pup with a complimentary tennis ball 🩵 Would stay there again, for sure!

Joe and Michelle seem to really care about their guests while staying here! It is seldom that Hosts reach out during your stay to check to see if you need anything, they also didn’t price gauge for a busy Bozeman weekend. The studio was perfect, would highly recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mary Catherine’s place! Check-in was a breeze, and the location was super peaceful but close to all the places I was looking for. My pup enjoyed coming along on this trip with me as well, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were of him. For my fellow skier/snowboarders this place is in close proximity to Big Sky (about an hour drive but rarely longer than that!) Also close to plenty of hikes in the Custer Gallatin Nat’l forest or Yellowstone as well. I think I’ll have to return for a trip in the summer for more hiking as well. Definitely bookmarking this place for my future Bozeman trips!
