We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

Tilly was very friendly and understanding as our host. The house was exactly as described and suited our family perfectly. We would definitely visit again

What a lovely cottage. We instantly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. We were very impressed of the well stocked kitchen. It had everything you could need. Great host and very responsive. We will definitely come back at some point. Thank you Ben…😊

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Lovely place to stay, lovely and clean on arrival, easy communication with owner and even allowed us in earlier. Can’t fault anything. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The sitting room really looks like the photo and is a great place to be - both to relax and to eat. We were only four, but eight would be comfortable. The kitchen was small, but well equipped and fun to be in, open to the sitting room. Three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor. Quiet, but convenient. Lucy & Richard were very responsive.

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

Wonderful stay for my family of 5. The caravan is superb, modern and spotlessly clean. Good location to explore what the Isle of Wight has to offer. The hot tub was awesome and my kids absolutely loved it!! Our host Claire was so great, really lovely to deal with, gave us suggestions on places to eat and could t be more helpful. Thanks again Claire!!!

Amazing host and great set up for lovely get together. As a group of 10 adults with 4 kids, this was just right with ample amount of space and bathrooms which met our family needs. looking forward to staying for longer during Summer.

Super stay at Nathan’s caravan. Everything was clean and in working order on arrival and the location of the caravan park was superb. Very close to everything and in a prime spot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Already thinking about our return visit. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay in the red squirrel lodge. The lodge was spacious, clean and included everything we could need for a long weekend. It was in a great location, easy drive to local attractions and the park itself was quiet, meaning we could get a good nights rest. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Just returned from a fantastic stay. The lodge was perfect, well thought out in terms of what you need on holiday and games and things to do as well. But the main high light is the swimming pool! What a gem! Fantastic size and depth pool with heaps of pool toys. Water was a lovely inviting temperature. We would love to come back.

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tori's lovely cabin. Set in an idyllic context, with views of the private woodland (and the complimentary deer!), with beautiful rolling hills in the distance and plenty of friendly animals to interact with if that's your thing. It certainly was exactly what our 1 year old son enjoyed most! Inside the cabin is surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities needed and generous provision of prosecco, snacks, milk and coffee etc. which is always appreciated. We enjoyed exploring walks from the cabin as well as hopping into the car to check out other fantastic local options including the South Downs way. Thanks Tori for hosting so well we will be back!

This is a beautiful little chalet, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was great having the decking area outside with a table and chairs watching the sun go down. A short walk along a coastal path to the beach. Above all else is the host herself. Sally-Anne is the kindest and most considerate host I have ever met. We were staying because a close relative was seriously ill in hospital and Sally-Anne helped us out no end. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Had a lovely night here with my wife and dog, the cabin was super cosy and very quiet. Great location for getting to the beach as well. Would recommend

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

A beautiful, comfortable home for a couple or small family, within the sound of church bell, close to the sea, and a few steps from the little village centre of Alverstoke. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with recommendations for eating out as well as a well-equipped kitchen for eating in. There is also an office area in the bedroom, and fast internet, so suitable for WFH.
