BEST LOCATION IN Breckenridge, 1 bedroom condo, ski-in across the street from 4 o'clock ski run and walk out. Steps from literally everything Breck has to offer you. Enjoy an excellent location right in the middle of town and steps from hiking and biking trails. Over 100, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance! 4 hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center and sauna/steam room. Due to COVID19 extra measures are being taken to ensure safety and cleanliness for our guests.

This cozy room has great access to everything you would want to do in Breckenridge. Walk one block up to the free bus stop. The room is on the small side, but it's all your's. Separate/private entrance to the room, no access to main area of house. The main home has long-term renters whom you may hear (if they're home). Please do not book if this is an issue😊. No more than 2 bodies in the room. One (1) parking space. If booking on the same day, give an hour before arriving.

The Lodge is a few steps away from the Breckenridge Nordic Center which has 50 km of trails to explore!

Quaint Condo on Main

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We offer a fully stocked kitchen so you can make meals if you would rather dine at home. We are perfectly situated right on North Main Street across from the Gondola and surrounded with wonderful restaurants and shopping. You can walk the town and use one of our parking spots during your stay. We are located on the third floor with no upstairs neighbors.

Ski In, free parking, walk to main Street

Location, location, location, a quick 200 step walk & you’ll be at Snowflake ski lift. Ski down Four O'clock Run right to the condo, grab a bite to eat and head out again. 3 blocks to the historic main street, walk to our incredible downtown for food, or to shop. Whether you want skiing or the access of town this is the perfect condo. Unit has a balcony with a small table to enjoy the mountain air in the morning or evening.
