И заезд и проживание , квартира очень понравилась, все необходимое в ней было , чистая, светлая, много шкафов, несколько зон отдыха, полностью соответствовала моим требованиям, я осталась очень довольна. Единственный минус - шумно, под окнами проезжая часть с постоянными пробками, но в Лиме вообще трудно найти тихое место, вдобавок мне сказали, что из-за строительства пешеходного моста транспортная нагрузка возросла. В целом впечатления очень хорошие, с удовольствием остановлюсь там еще. Большое спасибо хозяину 🙏

Patricia es una excelente anfitriona, siempre esta atenta, es muy amable, el departamento esta ubicado en una zona residencial de Lima segura y tranquila, cerca a muchas áreas verdes. Es tal cual las fotos , te entrega el departamento limpio y ordenado. Esta bien equipado con todas las comodidades lo recomiendo.

Nuestra estadía en el departamento fue excelente desde el inicio. El lugar superó nuestras expectativas: estaba completamente equipado, muy limpio, y ofrecía un ambiente cálido y acogedor que realmente nos hizo sentir como en casa. Un detalle que valoramos muchísimo fue la flexibilidad del anfitrión, quien, ante la reprogramación de nuestro vuelo, nos permitió realizar el check-in mucho antes del horario establecido. Este gesto marcó una gran diferencia y nos permitió comenzar nuestra estadía de forma tranquila y cómoda. En general, todo fue impecable: la comunicación, la ubicación, la comodidad del espacio y la atención al detalle. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y no dudaríamos en volver.

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Maravillosa estadía! Realmente Doña Paola y Diego fueron extremadamente amables. Recomiendo altamente este lugar. Todo funcionó perfecto y tenían más de lo que uno podría pedir para una estadía buena.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! And her trusty side-kick Lourdes is a bucket of smiles all day long, and a good cook. Thanks, Ursula! Thanks, Lourdes!

This was a beautiful home in an amazing location to close out our family vacation. It was close to many great parks, attractions and restaurants. The hosts were so friendly, responsive and attentive to us.

Es un lugar cómodo, limpio,tranquilo, lindo y fácil de llegar, aunque solo nos quedamos poco, fue muy acogedor.

Amazing place, great balcony and lots of windows that kept the place nice and cool on hot days. Lots of space with a good work station for wfh as well as a nice living room to relax. The area itself is very safe and lots of stores/restaurants in the area and a close taxi ride to Miraflores. Would highly recommend especially for long stays. Adrian himself was very friendly and professional.

El alojamiento de Luis Alberto fue perfecto para nuestras necesidades en Lima. Amplio y con todo lo necesarios para una estadía larga. a una cuadra esta la avenida principal donde encuentras conexión con taxis y transporte publico para todo Lima, incluso para el aeropuerto. A pocas cuadras existen excelentes restaurantes, bancos, tiendas y mercados. Volvería sin dudarlo.
