This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Fully furnished w/queen sized bed (memory foam mattress), dresser, a/c, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower stall, closet, high speed Wi-Fi, kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, griddle, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, and rice cooker. My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. Modern furnishings throughout with amazing light from all sides and double height cathedral ceilings in the living/dinning room. I also have 2 beautiful condos in Killington VT please ask for info

The house is conveniently located 15-20 mins from downtown and 25 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a train and bus stations close by and there are lots of restaurants and stores (whole foods has everything) in a walking distance. There is a driveway parking that fits 3 cars. The house offers 7 sleeping places which is perfect for families and groups however there is no living room. Great place to stay with dogs as there is a backyard and lots of walking options.
