他の人が書いてるレビュー通り、この家はインテリアがとても素敵でmarcoさんの愛情がたくさん詰まっています。加えて、私たちがこれまで経験したAirbnbとは異なり、まさにmarcoさんが普段住んでいる家に居候するような感じで、リビング、キッチン、ベッドルーム(クローゼット含む)には彼の素敵な趣味のものがたくさん詰まっています。特にキッチンは設備が充実しており、私たちに基本的な食料まで用意して迎えてくれたのでとても助かりました。また、タオルはたくさんあります。 プールも天気が良ければ気持ちよく、子供が遊ぶのに最適です。立地もビーチに近く、毎朝散歩していました。メルボルンの少し郊外で、ゆっくりするにはお勧めです。

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

The property is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, giving off a comfortable vibe. The bed is extremely comfortable with great support, making for a restful sleep. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night without any noise disturbances. The host thoughtfully provides toiletries, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including various seasonings, making cooking convenient. The property also has a private garage, which makes parking stress-free. The internet is high-speed, perfect for everyday use and video calls. I had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Such an amazing Airbnb, loved the location. The park across the road was perfect for our 2 kids! Easy walk to the markets and the 96 tram into the city. We felt right at home here, we are at a point with our children that high rise apartments do not fit our needs. This house was spacious and clean. We loved our time in the hot evenings outside in the courtyard together with family.

Such a fantastic place to unwind and relax in nature, super peaceful! There were soo many extra creature comforts and thoughtful extras included, nothing was spared to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of space for everyone to catch up but also have their own space if needed, overall a great staying would highly recommend!!

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

This is the second time staying at this property and I absolutely love it. Michelle's property it always spotless and the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you Michelle for always accommodating.

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Living space was good size for us as a couple with a toddler, might have been stretched to comfortably fit another couple. Helen and Eric were very quick to respond to messages sent which made for a relaxing time away. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne.

Gorgeous old building with plenty of character in the perfect location for the international garden show! Karen’s studio has a great view of Carlton Gardens, is beautiful, restful with lovely breezes, and sooo many restaurants nearby (only a 5 minute stroll to Lygon street). A lovely cosy place to come home to. We had a wonderful visit, thank you!

Jim’s is a lovely place to spend a few days. Great location, comfortable bed and well equipped. Loved the rain head shower and the outlook over the rooftops. Very light and clean with a great vibe. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks Jim!

What a wonderful experience with a truly thoughtful host. Michelle has created a wonderful home away from home with all the right ‘feels’ and a touch of luxury, she made us feel like valued guests and we were extremely happy with the location and personality within the home .

The apartment is well located with many restaurants and amenities very nearby. There is a Coles supermarket within walking distance. The smaller room in the apartment has not windows that open to the outside but a glass window panel looking into the living room. The apartment is bright, neat and clean. However, you have get the keys from a convenience store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Not a big issue just have to find a place to temporary park your car to collect the keys, which can be a little challenging in the middle of Melbourne city. Getting to the building carpark and then to the building is a little confusing but Peter provide good instructions. However, we still find ourselves lost getting out of the carpark because there is no clear signages. Overall we have an nice stay and an enjoyable time in Melbourne.

Host was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to accommodate us and was so easy to deal with her. Absolutely stunning home too

had a great Christmas! thanks so much for having us. The house was massive, clean and fairly well equipped, could do with some more cooking trays and pots and pans but otherwise very good.

The place was as described in the listing. It was relaxing and beautiful with scenic surroundings. The property manager emily was very responsive and helpful accommodating our needs.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend away at Chelos place located in a nice historic part of Richmond within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was cosy and Hosts are fun to chat to and very helpful. Chelo is also a good source of knowledge for anybody interested in European fashion design !

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.
