Kia ora. This is a family friendly fully fenced home. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Wakefield. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 superking size bed, 1 queen size bed, and a trundler bed which pulls out to make 2 single beds. Spacious lounge, 2 bathrooms, garaging for 1 car and 2 parks in front of garage. Large opening door onto the outdoor living area with a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer No parties or smoking/vaping on property. 15 mins drive to Richmond, 25 mins to Nelson.

The Cottage is located on a small farm near Nelson. If you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation, quiet but still near civilization, this is just for you. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. In tranquil rural surroundings, enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck and uninterrupted views of the night sky. The Cottage is well equipped and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. An extra fee is charged to access the second bedroom if travelers are not a couple.

Beautiful Boutique Straw Bale Cottage, completely private with 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults, plus 2 additional single beds and cot available) on a 16 acre farm in Brightwater, Nelson. Situated in the heart of wine country with beaches, rivers (fly fishing), cafes and cycle trails a few minutes away. Large garden, BBQ & outdoor dining. Recently changed to a 2 night minimum stay; please get in touch directly if you need only one night! Wedding parties: Pls get in touch prior to booking.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Hillside Haven

A great place to take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Whether a stop off from the nearby Great Taste Trail or part of a road trip or holiday getaway, you will enjoy the views and peace of your visit here. The downstairs part of our home is self contained with a separate entrance and is available for your exclusive use and enjoyment. If requested, a cooked dinner or breakfast or packed lunches can also be provided as well as advice and support for local sights and activities.

Stonehaven Cottage

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Relax and unwind at this tranquil retreat located on the rural outskirts of Richmond. Located just a 5-minute drive from Brightwater and Rabbit Island, or 10 minutes from Richmond, enjoy convenient access to nearby amenities and outdoor attractions. The unit features one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen (washing machine), and living space. Hot water and gas cooktop are powered by gas. Price is for one guest only, additional guests $50 per person.

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
