We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 superking size bed, 1 queen size bed, and a trundler bed which pulls out to make 2 single beds. Spacious lounge, 2 bathrooms, garaging for 1 car and 2 parks in front of garage. Large opening door onto the outdoor living area with a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer No parties or smoking/vaping on property. 15 mins drive to Richmond, 25 mins to Nelson.

Beautiful Boutique Straw Bale Cottage, completely private with 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults, plus 2 additional single beds and cot available) on a 16 acre farm in Brightwater, Nelson. Situated in the heart of wine country with beaches, rivers (fly fishing), cafes and cycle trails a few minutes away. Large garden, BBQ & outdoor dining. Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
