A perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the City - a great location for walkers, cyclists & horse riders. A wide selection of local pubs within a good walk, short cycle or very short drive! This is a quiet beautiful area so music and hot tub need to be off by 10pm respecting the neighbours. Basement flat with private entrance and garden. BBQ, firepit, Nespresso machine…(just bring your coffee pods, charcoal or logs). Easy access to the city. On street parking available upon request (£2 per day). HOT TUB HIRE FEE (£100 per stay) - 48hours advanced notice required
