Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

Hannah and George were super helpful, the house was characterful and has all that you need. It was lovely as a family reunion as there was plenty of space, and access to a garden and the toys was so appreciated.

This was the perfect place stay for our weekend in Bradford On-Avon! The lovely garden studio was exactly as described, with everything you needed and a short walk from the restaurants/shops/sights. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and so friendly, giving lots of local recommendations. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bradford On-Avon.

Alan & Phyl’s property was comfortable and the location was in easy access of shops and restaurants/pubs. Friendly hosts who were very welcoming of my late check-in. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a secluded stay surrounded by nature and we certainly got it! The apartment is cosy, well decorated and spotless. The hamper and hot tub were well worth the extra cost. The hamper was great for breakfast, especially as there isn't a grocery shop nearby. The wood fired hot tub was a special addition and it's secluded meaning ultimate privacy. The views were breathtaking and the host's were attentive and communicative. Just be wary that the road leading to the apartment is narrow and challenging if you are not used to driving in the deep countryside. We thought it was great value for money and would stay here again!

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

What a fantastic visit! Rachael and Ian couldn't have made us more welcome and their were so many lovely touches, from the continental breakfast, to the beautiful flowers in the room, and comfy bed. Loved our Easter eggs on Easter Sunday too! An outstanding stay. thank you!

We had a lovely weekend at Amanda’s Annex. It’s set in a beautiful village really close to Tetbury. The accommodation is great, really comfortable and as described in the info. There were some great recommendations for local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

This was our first time using Air B&B… everything is perfect, it’s exactly what we wanted and hoped for.. Emma gave us clear instructions to help us find and enjoy everything that was offered.. spotlessly clean and tidy… excellent hosts I highly recommend this accommodation thank you xxx

The location was perfect as we were visiting Longleat. The accomodation offered a comfortable and cosy base from which to explore the beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend the accomodation. We would like to thank Rob and Nel for being great hosts.

Such a lovely space. Clean and well designed with a beautiful outlook across to the sea. Nikki was really accommodating and responsive. Check-in was very straightforward. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay if you want to explore Bath. Sarah greets you and is so friendly and informative and makes you feel right at home, shows you how everything works and where things are, everything was spotless and clean, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was supplied, muesli, crumpets, bacon, eggs, bread, hot cross buns to name a few things, we were very spoilt for choice. Gated driveway and a space right outside the front door for your car which was priceless for us, parked the car up and didn’t use it again until we left, walking everywhere and using the odd Uber. We made use of the private garden and comfy garden furniture in the evenings after a full day of exploring as the view is fantastic over Bath from there. If we visit Bath again we would definitely book with Sarah 😀

Such a lovely place to stay and to return to at the end of my busy days. Tina and Steve are so friendly and welcoming, the accommodation is immaculate and extremely comfortable with everything provided. The garden is delightful and I enjoyed my chats with Tina about her plants Nearby there is a wonderful plant nursery with such an array of plants. 100% better than regular garden centres and the lovely cafe provided me with delicious lunches each day. Looking forward to returning soon.

Very friendly hosts. Everything clean, cosy and homely. Attention to detail leaving essentials and a lot of nice extra goodies. Would stay again if allowed.

Great beds, wonderful bathroom. Quite well equipped. Very useful hotplate for cooking simple meals if you don't want to to spend money eating out. I would recommend, if you are a light sleeper, that you bring earplugs for the occasional night travelling HGV that goes passed on the A38 - but you can't hear the traffic from the M5. If we were coming to the area again we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely accommodation, spotless. Adam very easy to communicate with, place was in a great location close to town.

Vert pleasant and peaceful stay at a very nice location with extremely friendly and helpful host who also kept themselves to themselves. Would definately recommend and hope to stay there again

Nick and Sofia were amazing hosts, they should give lessons on how to provide Airbnb's. The accomodation was lovely, clean with all you need and more to ensure you have an amazing stay. It's ideally located and a good place to base yourself so that you can visit the many local towns and tourists attractions. We Would highly recommend staying there and will definitely be making another booking the next time we visit the area.

Dean and Sarah are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet, very friendly, approachable and accommodating. We loved our stay at their place and would highly recommend! Absolutely prestige when we arrived, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The local pub - Rising Sun - is recently under new management, so enjoyed a drink in the beer garden (they have a wonderful conservatory too), so would recommend a visit! Would love to visit this property again, felt at home and would love to have had another night or two to fully appreciate everything that’s on offer here!

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

If you need a home away from home , quiet and private surrounding , this is the place to be. Clean spotless Annex and amenities/city centre within 6min drive radius. Think of anything that you could be missing on a journey this place had it tucked away from within and easy to find if you read the welcome sheet. As you ponder about where to have a quick breakfast from in a new environment, Jacqui got you sorted!! More so of a mini hotel👌 even the simple things like; sugar, cereal, milk, sauces in the fridge mattered . Thank you Jacqui , I look forward to my next visit .

My stay at Caroline’s in Slad Valley was perfect! Surrounding area is stunning, and so quiet. An array of wildlife in the field behind the barn. Just what I wanted. A thoughtful welcome basket provided. Caroline and Simon provided plenty of information about surrounding villages and towns; great position for exploring. Stroud has a fabulous market on a Saturday and neighbouring Nailsworth plenty to see and do. Overall, an excellent time away, and I would stay again. Thank you for helping to make my trip memorable.
