We had an amazing time, this home was made for the outdoor lovers. It was awesome to disconnect and spend some quality time with our loved ones here!

Sweet guest cottage in the mountains. Theme decor is very welcoming and comfortable. Gives rustic chic vibes. Feels spacious. Sofa bed linens and mattress pad made for a v comfortable place to sleep. Two bathrooms and ample hot water and towels. Up a steep hill, choose the one minute longer route up Possum vs Sunset road and it is not as twisty and steep. Probably not a walk to town kind of place due to the hillside perch but close enough that you wont mind the quick drive. We saw deer, bunnies and a bear in the neighborhood. Thoughtful host, lots of nice little touches (S'MORES!!!!).

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. My family of four stayed here with our dog and had a terrific time. We are already talking about when we can come back! Larry was very helpful and super responsive to our questions. The property is spotless and adorable yet modern. We enjoyed every convenience and the cutest coffee bar inside!

perfect location from town and to the slopes. The layout of the house was great for 2 families and kids.

If you looking for a great place to stay where you can take in beautiful surroundings, then this place is it. It was very rustic and semi private. We loved this place and all it had to offer. The host were very helpful and very responsive. I would recommend 10/10 for staying here. Thank you guys for sharing your home with my daughter and I. We will be back!

I absolutely loved my stay with Nancy. One of one host and experience. Stunning property! She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful time talking with her and learning about the area and her property. Her home was gorgeous and full of places to explore and things to do. I'll definitely be returning and taking pottery lessons next time!

This place was wonderful. The open kitchen and living room concept made cooking social and fun. There was tons of land for my dog to run around. Overall, it was a very wholesome trip. Thank you, Connie for your wonderful home.

Benjamin and Sommer were great hosts! The home was relatively easy to find, but I would recommend using a four-wheel drive vehicle as the main road to the home and driveway to the house were very steep and uneven. If you're looking to get away from the noise and see the stars, this is a wonderful spot.

We loved staying at Robin’s place in Glade Spring! The town is super cute and the porch was perfect for enjoying a nice dinner in the summer evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Our entire experience was amazing. Darren was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a lot of things for the whole family. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Darren went above and beyond.

Our family had the best time. This trip was one of, if not the best vacations we have ever had. That is in large part thanks to our hosts and their beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute, from booking to checkout. We would visit here again.

It's a really charming, comfortable, clean, and quiet place. It has the best kitchen equipment of any place I've stayed: a large set of dish- and glassware, pots and pans, plush towels, comfortable bed. The host communicated well and quickly. I would definitely return.

I loved every second of my stay at the Creekside Cottage. It was so cozy & homey. It was so easy to relax and feel right at home. Robert did an amazing job at maintaining the home and providing everything a guest could need. I will definitely be back and I strongly recommend this stay to everyone!

Wonderful stay in this charming cabin. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean upon arrival. Loved sitting on the front porch amongst the trees enjoying the cool mountain air and hearing the birds chirping while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location cannot be beat. Very easy access to everything Boone and Blowing Rock have to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to limit my glowing review of this place to 1,000 words, but want to clearly share how awesome this jewel of a getaway is. My wife and I were only able to enjoy a one-day stay this time, but will almost certainly be back! The house is absolutely adorable. Very comfortable in every respect and every possible amenity. The house felt “made” for us in so many ways; from the beautiful music playing when we entered, to the amazing screened porch and deck (with great sound system I could just connect to my phone), to the stunning view, picturesque grounds, and the sounds of the babbling brook - it made us at peace and it was very difficult to leave. Internet was solid (impressive for where home is located), kitchen great, and bedroom and bath perfect. Oh! And almost forgot to mention the cookies left for us by Jindra! 🥰 Such a wonderful treat, and Jindra was consummate host as well - making sure everything was great. We look forward to returning and staying longer next time!!

Beautiful little cottage. Perfect place to stay for hiking, only a short trip to the Greyson Highlands State Park. My kids & pup loved the creek in the back yard as well!

Wr absolutely loved staying here. Susan and her husband Derrell were so friendly and introduced us to their little 'animal farm'. They take very good care of their chickens. We enjoyed petting their fur babies Ace and Bruce. A restaurant is right around the corner and they had really good food as well! We travel a lot but this was by far the nicest and cleanest cabin we have been to so far. Absolutely recommend!

As soon as I walked in I felt like I apperated into the Harry Potter World! I had so much fun looking at all of the Harry Potter trinkets and collectibles. It feels like I went to Universal! The house was clean and the decoration was minimal, tasteful, and cohesive as you walked through each room. I will definitely be coming back for sure!

I loved staying here with my two kids. We enjoyed the natural park nearby and had fun playing in the large yard. I enjoyed waking up each morning with coffee on the front porch looking at the mountains. We took the advice from a map and did the sill branch hike to a waterfall! So beautiful!

This will be one of my new go to’s! I could not have asked for a more friendly and responsive host. Beautiful creek view as soon as you walk out back. If you’re looking for a relaxing nature weekend you have found your place. Simple yet felt right at home ♥️

This home was absolutely perfect! The home was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen and the entire home were gorgeous, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel so cozy and welcoming. The view of the open field with grazing cattle was breathtaking and added so much charm to the stay. It was incredibly peaceful and serene—an ideal getaway if you're looking to relax and unwind. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Wendy's home and it is a beautiful and very clean home. It has everything you need for a stay in Boone. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The den is perfect for watching a TV show at night and the deck is great for sitting outside in the morning and enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is perfect as it is only a 3 minute trip down the mountain to King Street. Wendy is a very sweet and responsive host!
