Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

What a gorgeous place, in a secluded spot in the countryside. The pool was lovely, the accommodation immaculate and comfy. We booked one night on a bank holiday weekend which is unusual to be able to just have one night. There’s a beautiful old pub 30 minute walk away and loads of things to do in the local area which is very picturesque. Thanks for having us.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Great East London HQ! Fully-equipped, tastefully-decorated apartment with two friendly cats. Easy to get around the city on the buses and subways stations nearby. Comfortable bed. Recommended.

Large open living room, great for entertaining our entire family. Huge kitchen with plenty of utensils/etc. Large, clean full bathrooms. Bedrooms very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Lovely clean place with plenty of space. Perfect for anyone visiting students at East 15 drama school.

The house was as described - clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. We were very close to amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores and local markets, which we took advantage using. Transit which was very important to us was only a few steps away from our location and proved to be extremely helpful when visiting relatives and the local sites. Our host was very responsive to all our questions. I would recommend staying here again.

We LOVED this AirBnB! Perfect size and location for our bigger group of 11. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us, and the location of the AirBnB was perfect for easy access to the bus and train, especially for us who had plans and concerts all across London. The neighborhood was beautiful, calm, and private, with close access to the high street and grocery stores and restaurants. Cass and the hosts were wonderful, responsive, and so kind and fun to talk to! Truly, this location was the highlight of our trip, and we all commented that if we came back, we would want to stay here again. Perfect!!

Great place to stay in Greenwich. Close to everything you need, but still in a quiet street. The apartment was perfect for a family with two small kids with some room to play, and a full kitchen for cooking breakfast and keeping the kids fed and happy.

Easy to get in touch, this was a last minute booking as another booking com apartment let us down at the last minute . Still trying to get my money back. Pub on the corner is excellent for food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay with Bella - a great, homey space that's very comfortable and in a great, quiet location with proximity to everything within walking distance. Would gladly stay here again if she'll have us!

We loved our stay. Tina's beautiful home was a perfect base for our trip to London. Tina was responsive and helpful, and we had all the information we needed. The house was large enough that we all had our own space, and was nice and clean. We would happily stay again!

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

Jubed was a terrific host - extremely responsive and helpful (even when I managed to lock our passports in the safe on Easter, and couldn’t get them out!). The place was also perfect for our large family - clean, spacious, nice kitchen, outdoor area. We also loved the neighborhood, and since the Piccadilly line was just a five minute walk from the house, it was easy to get anywhere in London. Great place! Would stay there again.

What a stay and could not have been happier with staying in their lovely family home. It allowed us to resonate with them and Malin and her family’s personality shone through their decor. It felt like home, and we would certainly book again should we be back in London for an extended period. Every little detail, like the note left on the fridge upon our arrival for us and the instructions on how to operate everything. Thanks you so much for everything!

This was value for money. The location was ideal: quiet and private and close to the tube (2 min), which brings you to central London in 20 minutes. It was also easy for us to reach Gatwick airport (40 min). A cozy home with all the facilities you need.
