My ideal guests are couples or solo travelers with excellent reviews. This is Not a guesthouse, there are No owners living upstairs or downstairs and you don't have to enter through an alley. This is a quirky, small house with a throwback feel. This cozy and private place is 127 years old; it's on a wide and quiet street lined with trees. It's in a great location 5 min. from downtown, 3 min. from Old Colorado City, and 6 min. from Manitou. * No children please as the house is not childproof *

The Love Shack is a private, 225 sf studio cottage a block from downtown Manitou. Perfect for hikers, runners, writers, naturalists, & art lovers. Located just a few minute walk from section 16 trail head on one side and Bear Creek Regional Park on the other. Built in 1899 this is one of only 22 homes in Bear Creek Canyon.
