Use the two acre yard as you please during your stay and enjoy an evening in the nature while you cook food over a camp fire or relax in the hot tub! Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Our Tiny Aframe with bathhouse has everything you need to comfortably spend that amazing night with your significant other. The 12’ x 16’ Aframe has a very cozy, floating style queen bed. Also has a small kitchen area with microwave, stove top, mini fridge and freezer as well as a full set of kitchen supplies. All this is only a short walk (100 yds) from our private lake were you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and/or watching the sunsets.

Come and relax in the country setting of The Farmhouse. It is on 200 acres and is over 100 years old. It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
