This is a modern apartment situated in quiet area. It has a private entrance. Buza 2 cocktail bar and swimming point are 50 m away where you can have a drink and enjoy sunset or have a swim and cliff diving. Location of apartment is great. It takes 5 minutes to get to Old port where you can buy tickiet for one day trips to nearby islands. It takes around 10 minutes on foot to get to Banje beach, 5 minutes to entrance of city walls and less then 5 minutes to grocery store, museums, cathedral..

Room is located on the grounf floor of a private house just 50 meters from Old Town Dubrovnik, Accommodates 2 persons, equipped with: SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, double bed, bathroom with shower. PLEASE NOTE : FROM JANUARY 2023. PARKING IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR MOTORCYCLES. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HAVE PARKING FOR THE CARS ANYMORE.

Gorica is peacefull part of Dubrovnik that lies 1,5 km of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants.There are two beaches in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartament.
