Great location and nice accommodations.

Loft was perfect a overnight stay! my friend and I had tons of space, absolutely love the decor and the lication is perfect on Main St.! We definitely want to return!

The place was gorgeous. The windows and the shades, we could see everything when we had the shades up and at night when closed them we had great privacy. The kitchen was awesome, the refrigerator and stove were clean and the utilities were plenty. The pans looked new and so did the plates and glasses. The big farmhouse sink was the bomb! There was a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees, creamers, and sweeteners. The living room had a large tv with a firestick, we could watch our shows. The furniture was comfortable and lots of throw pillows! The bathroom was big and clean! Before you entered the bathroom there was a laundry room with a washer/dryer and we used it a couple of times and it did a great job. The bedrooms…..there was two of them, the one we used had a queen bed, large closet, and night stands with usb and electrical plugs in them, that was nice! The bed was really comfortable! The A/C was awesome! We love the place and only want to stay here!

Peg’s Place is exactly what I hoped it’d be! The home was clean, inviting, & exactly as pictured. Having a peaceful space to relax & watch tv, a private yard to enjoy some sunshine, and a comfortable bed for a refreshing rest was just what I needed after a long day of travel! Teresa was an excellent host, sharing clear instructions for arrival & was so kind throughout our correspondence. I adored getting to stay at Peg’s Place & would love to stay again, for longer next time!

Such a cute and peaceful neighborhood. The unit is very nice, spacious and clean. Definitely a good value. Had a random person arrive to the unit looking for a grocery delivery but everything else was perfect lol

Great place to go relax in the evenings after a long day at work!

The Gaia's place was so peaceful. There were so many little places to relax and take in the sun - fell in love with outdoor space. My 3 pups enjoyed exploring the secluded areas we were prived to. The jacuzzi was a perk for my teens since there is only one TV in upstairs room. Outside lights really well at night and so lovely to enjoy time together. The hosts were very timely and commutative with all questions/concerns we had and was apologetic for things they weren't aware of. Such as rug not cleaned properly and/or bathroom door locked. Great kitchen appliances if you choose to cook or dine in. We brought food and fridge is very spacious. Very kind people who you can tell care about their guests. We will return because I truly did get great rest.

Aaron’s place was the perfect spot for our family in Denison, Texas. We were in town for a wedding but I wish we had more time to explore the downtown area while the shops were open. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

This is a great little spot to stay if you're in Durant for a concert at Choctaw but don't feel like paying much more to stay at a smoky casino. The bed and seating were comfortable, and the TV was easy to use. I only wish it hadn't been cold and rainy so we could've enjoyed the large backyard and fire pit.

This is a wonderful home to stay at. My first impressions were that it is attractive, comfortable and functional. It is a relatively small home but so well laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and open concept between kitchen, dining and living room area. The interior is pleasantly decorated in all rooms with interesting and thoughtful items. I loved the functionality of the house with a well-stocked kitchen, great lighting options throughout the house with either ceiling lights or lamps. The beds were comfortable with large closets, so the room did not become cluttered. For the outside, we took the option of having our car parked within the tall fencing, so it was easy to pack and unpack the car. It also felt very private and secure. The divided fencing options for the pups was wonderful!! They appreciated the water bowl and there was a convenient poop bag station. We would easily come back and rent here again. Highly recommended!

We have family in Sherman but decided to stay in Denison simply due to the Rooftop home that we found online. The home is absolutely incredible and made our family's vacation! Hats off to whomever designed and decorated the home. This was our favorite home yet!!!! The great thing as well is that since my brother and his family live in the next town, we'll be able to go back! Thank you!

Catherine is an above and beyond host!! From the welcome treats to meeting me because I left something behind. Her home is beautiful and decorated so lovely and the furniture you melt into and feel right at home. My daughter wants to find the cozy blanket that was in the living room and my husband and I want the towels (they just dried so much better!!!). Check in was super easy and check out was a breeze. The location is great; convenient to restaurants, Albertsons (grocery store) and the downtown area (stop at Pop Around the Corner for popcorn!!). The driveway was perfect for 2 cars which was important for us and the neighbors were very friendly. We will be back!!

Absolutely loved staying here! We were in town visiting family for the holiday! Tosha was so responsive when I would message her! Absolutely an amazing house. Hoping to stay here again next month when we come back up for my nieces graduation!
