Ferienunterkünfte in Buca Bay

Stayed with my wife and 1 year old son. Wanted to keep away from the resorts and have a more natural rustic Fiji stay. Was very quiet with lots of nice gardens, friendly and helpful caretakers with the option of breakfast and dinners home made yummy meals, heaps of room in cottage with cold aircon, right on the beach plus a the bonus of a deep lagoon only a few hundred meters up the beach.

We had the most amazing stay at Wavi. I give it a 10 out of 5! Josh, Shabana, and family were the best hosts who went above and beyond to help us have a great stay! If you want a beautiful place with wonderful hosts, this is the place. If I’m able to come to beautiful Fiji again, I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing this lovely place in an amazing setting!

The location and the house were so much more than we had hoped for. The pictures on Airbnb do not do it justice. Seni and her family are lovely and if I could have changed anything about our stay it would have been to take advantage of Seni’s cooking sooner than we did. We easily could have stayed longer

We were happily suprised that this place is actually part of the resort and we were treated like such by everybody. The rooms were beautiful and the lagoon was amazing to swim in. Even better than the front of the resort in my opinion as it was calm, no waves and right outside our steps! We loved this place and felt so spoilt to be there. Die Villa war für uns bis jetzt die sauberste und schönste Unterkunft auf Vanua Levu, alle Räume und auch die Außenbereiche sind sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert! Das gesamte Personal incl. Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören, für Fiji wirklich TOP, TOP, TOP !!! wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt, und werden die Villa beim nächsten Besuch der Insel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

More than I could have asked for. Hospitality! I accidentally locked myself out of the place after only being here for 15 mins. (Note: if you walk out the back door it will lock behind you 😁) They were so nice about getting me back inside. They were not upset or frustrated with me for being a pain. They offered MORE hospitality. There was fresh fruit waiting for me when I arrived which was fantastic. They took me on a tour of the area and showed me to the private waterfall and more. It was like they brought me into the family. But when I was at the place they didn't bother me at all. Very private and quiet. The waterfall was amazing and the view from up on the mountain is one of the greatest views I've ever seen. They are also right across the street from the ocean. Air conditioners worked very well. The animals on the property were fun to watch.

Charlotte's cabin is a true paradise. If you seek a private, secluded, and serene getaway, look no further. During our entire six-night stay, we didn't encounter a single person, and we had the beach entirely to ourselves. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful garden, surrounded by papayas, flowers, and coconut trees. I highly recommend this location and would definitely return. Charlotte was incredibly helpful, promptly responding to our messages and providing us with tips and ideas whenever we needed assistance. I recommend renting a car, as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance.

What a special gem in SavuSavu! The place is clean and spacious- large and equipped kitchen, cable TV, bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and big beds, plus AC. The architecture is stunning- wood and glass. The property is right on the road yet feels secluded and private. A 2 minute walk to an accessible coral beach to take out a kayak or snorkel at high tide. Host, Jeff, and property staff, Maria and Osea, are kind, thoughtful and accomodating. The location is fairly remote, particularly if you don’t have your own car, but still very worth it if you’re prepared with groceries and things to do (or just relax). I’d recommend this accommodation to any and all looking for a large, private place well worth it’s value.
