Dustin was very responsive, the house was well stocked, the house felt like a home, and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was absolutely beautiful! There’s never a dull moment here—between the board games, books, puzzles, pool table, ping pong, mini golf, swimming pool, grill, and so many other activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. Tyler was an outstanding host—quick to respond and always kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location on the west side of the valley. We spent the weekend here for Dodger spring training games, great to be close to the stadium, no fighting the Phoenix traffic. House has a nice corner lot with a view out back. Lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. Bbq worked great but we did not use the pool. Water was too cold. Didn’t figure out the fire pit. 5 adults so we had to share beds.. the top bunk bed is really only useful for a small agile kid, it’s a bit rickety. Firm beds, super comfy cozy bedding. Open living space to hang, we loved the couch, that’s the best couch ever! Everyone got their own spot, drink holder and feet up and loved the massive TV. Cute little game room for kids. Nice quiet family neighborhood. We had an issue with working the A/C..Jacob was quick to respond when we reached out for help. Thank you, we really enjoyed the house.

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

Wow! Where to start, there is so much to say. Joaquin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. I felt terrible for asking him so many questions, but he responded quickly and answered my questions without hesitation. The house and landscaping is beautiful! I felt so comfortable! Everything was perfect! My family and I will be back! Joaquin went beyond the call of duty. I asked if he could decorate a little section for my grandson’s 5th birthday, he came through. Thank you for everything!

BACKYARD BACKYARD BACKYARD!! Literally like three backyards in one! Huge pool and they have a hot tub! The house has literally everything you need. Even has a game table with hundreds of games. Connect 4 computer player hurt my feelings lol. The house is decorated beautifully. The hosts were amazing and attentive, especially when an issue arose at the beginning of the stay. Check in/checkout was easy, they literally have a welcome book, labels all over the house and more instructions near hallway. Again, the house is a really great house, kid friendly, wish it was a little hotter during my stay so i could enjoy pool for more then an hour lol. Will definitely try and book during a summer trip. My only notes would be- the couches in the tv room not tall person friendly. But comfy!! Wish there was atleast one more tv Needs a little cosmetic work. Some door handles are loose and locks kinda stick. Thanks so much for everything Alyssa and Gerard😊

The house is amazing! We will definitely be back soon. Great host and the Gilbert area is very desirable. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to others!

Javier's place was exactly as described. Very clean, simple and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and I slept soundly all three nights we were there.

We needed a place to crash before an early flight out of Phoenix. Thomasina’s place was clean, comfortable and way more than we needed.

Dana's place was exactly what we needed for our stay with our baby and pup. As long as you understand that you're on campus and this complex houses university students then Dana's place is excellent. Super friendly and always responsive.

Sarah was always quick to respond and help with anything we needed. The southern German design of the place was captivating. The neighborhood was beautiful and friendly. Would stay again.

As advertised. It was quiet and everything I was looking for in my stay. Plan to stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

Great location. Joel was a very responsive host and was so kind to allow us an early check-in without an extra charge. Lots of wonderful amenities, condo was spotless. Would recommend this place to everyone.

The place was extremely clean and organized and as described. The only thing is, our plane was delayed and ended up having to find the place in the dark. The GPS didn't direct us to the right location and then once we found the right address, there were many units with the same address. This is not fault at all of the host, but just something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great that each room had its own fan and tv - a definite plus for us. And the coffee machine will accept filter & grounds or K-cup. The host had both there for us as well. If you are looking to stay in the area, I highly recommend this listing.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
