The Park and Thames Path river walk are 10 minutes walk. Nearby bus stops serve neighbouring Henley-on-Thames (8 miles away).

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

A warm and cosy studio style converted boat house on the edge of the River Thames in Cookham, Berkshire. Separate from the main house, the double glazed studio boathouse with en-suite, decorated beautifully. Egyptian cotton linen and nice towels. Relax with views of the river. A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.
