This place was so fun to stay in. The living room was our favorite space and we spent most of our time listening to the records provided and keeping warm by the fireplace. The bathroom was AMAZING and exactly the reason I booked this place. This is the biggest place I’ve stayed in the area and would gladly book again!

We found Michael and Sharon's first floor apartment to be comfortable and well appointed for our weekend stay. Although we didn't use the kitchen for meal preparations, the kitchen was well equipped if one were to do so. The bathroom was well supplied, and the bedroom was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows readily available. Our host provided many guide books and local listings of things to see and do in the greater Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Western New York Region. We found the location to be convenient for visiting our daughter at the University of Buffalo. We observed that Michael and Sharon's backyard will be bursting in color later in the spring. Other guests will have the pleasure of enjoying the patio and back porch in the late spring and summer days ahead!

We loved our time at Pamela's place! The apartment was even nicer in person, with lots of thoughtful decorative touches. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and spotless. The beds were very comfortable as well! My family and I had a great time exploring Hertel Avenue, Delaware Park, and the surrounding area. There is pretty much everything you need within walking distance. We stayed with our young daughter and there is plenty of family-friendly activities around as well, including the zoo and a lovely children's book store (both about a 20 minute walk). Pamela was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. I highly recommend staying at this airbnb for your next trip to Buffalo!

We came to visit Niagara Falls. We parked our car in the lot just outside the back door as specified by the owner. Entry was easy and felt safe. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. WiFi was fast. We were a 10-20 min walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. I can only say good things about this place! Highly recommend!

This has been by far the Best Airbnb experience yet! His communication was remarkable. He was extremely helpful going above & beyond with not only keeping his place intact, also checking in to see if we needed any linens etc. If I could I would have stated longer. My kids loved this place & wished we could have moved in forever. Definitely would recommend to others!!!!

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

Erica was a wonderful host and responded to my questions immediately and allowed us to check in early. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Every room is updated, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect -- just a few minutes walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning to Erica's beautiful home!! Joan was a fantastic host! Super friendly and quick to respond. The house is fantastic and super close to all attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We had a fantastic stay. The space was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the roomy kitchen—it was fully stocked and ready to use, which made cooking meals so easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how well-prepared everything was, from kitchen basics to toiletries—definitely one of the most thoughtfully equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The instruction videos made check-in and navigating the space a breeze, and the welcome gift was such a kind, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts put care into every detail. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Originally we had an issue getting into the house (totally OUR issue). We reached out to Danish who was EXTREMELY quick to respond and explain our issue. House was gorgeous and exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
