Chanin’s cabin was so beautiful and comfortable! She thought of EVERYTHING! The cabin was spotless, smelled so good, and the bed in the master was incredibly comfortable. The entire cabin was decorated so nicely and Chanin was so kind and generous. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

Alisa was the perfect host. Very responsive, timely instructions, helpful recommendations, and really just a great person. Highly recommend this cabin as a great couples retreat that is not just another vanilla country home. We will be repeat customers to her other places in the future. 🍍

The most incredible spot to relax and recharge. The property, the cabin, the amenities, etc. I wouldn’t change a single thing! We will be back asap and enjoy it even more the next time!

We spent our 11th anniversary here. The stay was perfect and we’ll definitely be returning next April.

The instructions on getting to the house were helpful. We arrived at night so it was a little spooky for me, but once morning time came I could see how beautiful the area was and i loved how private it was. We only stayed for the night to sleep pretty much so we didnt get to use much of the house, but we loved what we did use/see. I would definitely stay here again. The nearby town was quaint. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

This was the perfect relaxing retreat! We were in the area for a gender reveal, and enjoyed the quietness when we weren't running around. Good fishing from the dock, and so much wildlife to take in.

Cozy cabin on a beautiful piece of land. Nice to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs to go out. We enjoyed a bonfire and played board games. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Upstairs bathroom has a deep, free standing bathtub and enough hot water to fill it. Short walk to the river which is literally in the backyard. I’d book again.

Great weekend getaway. Plenty of little Bass to catch right at the property.

Kc's tiny self care cabin was beautiful! All the instructions were super clear and helpful. The interior of the of cabin is very cute and well decorated. We had to cut our trip a few days short but due to work nothing with the cabin. I would highly suggest this visit too anyone who's looking to take a second,relax, see some beautiful sunsets and sunrises ans get some peave!!

Just had the most wonderful time at Jerry's cabin. The property is peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so did not get to enjoy all the amenities. Perfect for anyone wanting to escape and enjoy quite time. Internet service is limited even using the WIFI but that can be a good thing as it makes everyone disconnect. Closest grocery store is Walmart and that is 10 minutes away so just a heads up. Lot's of wasp on the lower deck, so be careful of that. The water is very hot, which makes for a great shower. Inside the house, there are 2 full bathrooms, the one upstairs is a half bath, so if you are needing a third shower, then you do have to go outside down to lower deck to access the one there. Not a big deal at all, just giving tips. The home is very clean and very well stocked. Could use some upgrades to bedding. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will do it again.

This was a cute little home, but with plenty of space. I’m used to crazy check out instructions, but Bobby’s were reasonable and a nice change of pace from what I’ve come to expect. He was extremely responsive to questions and a great host. Thanks Bobby!

Cute little cabin off the beaten path. This cabin was within a few minutes of my son and grandsons. It rained the whole weekend so I didn’t get the beautiful sunsets, but I hope to be back to enjoy another time. Cindi was very responsive and flexible. Thank you for the fresh farm eggs! There is no TV, but I didn’t miss it. The cabin is very clean and the mattress and bedding were comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Bathrooms aren’t luxurious, but they were clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy fireplace in the king bedroom. There is noise from the road, but it wasn’t enough to bother us. We would stay here again for sure.

The place was very nice and accommodated our needs. The only negative was that we had on going WI FI issues

Gorgeous cabin getaway sitting literally in the forest. Had many cute tranquil spots to view nature outside. The two decks were amazing! Gorgeous downstairs master suite! Nice scenic drive to Franklin!

Dan and Dee’s cabin worked out wonderfully for what my friend and I needed for sudden trip to Columbia with tragic circumstances. We greatly appreciated their responsiveness and having a charming and stress free place to stay while in town.
