Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and a fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and are just 16 miles from Branson.

With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
