Great location to stay, perfect for exploring Surfers paradise

Enjoyed staying in at this property, quite clean and excellent location. Sarah was quite responsive and easy to communicate with.

We loved our short stay in Sally's place. It was a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. The shared pool was open until 10pm and had three different temperature pools including a hot tub. The washing machine and drier were helpful to do our washing and the plants made it feel like home.

I had a very good holiday with my family. Really loved the apartment and its view to ocean. Much recommended and surely will be choosing to book with Caroline in future again

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our two kids. It was a great location and it had an amazing view of the beach. Everything was exactly as per the photos and description and it was very tidy and clean. Thanks for having us and for your friendly and helpful welcome!

Great host and a great place.. Very generous gift basket on arrival and we really enjoyed our stay. Only slight negative was no air conditioning in the master bedroom so if the weather was really hot then you would want to leave the bedroom door open at night. Fine for us but maybe not all guests from a privacy perspective.

Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The city is super walkable with lots to do and see. The apartment has a great view of the city as well. Very private location. I felt right at home. Thank you, Christian and Ali!

Fine space, nice location close to the beach, cafes, playground, pool and spa in the building was nice. Would stay here again.

Better than the photos - which doesn’t always happen. Perfect for families and young children as they have everything there. The house also has everything you could think of on site so need to bring much. Great place to relax and enjoy family time :)

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

We have stayed in a number of Airbnbs recently, Jason’s place by far has been the best! Really lovely house, well presented, felt right at home instantly. Great location. What a weekend ! Forest Bower is like a slice of heaven absolutely magic !! Going to sleep with the sound of the creek, Purling Brook Falls just at the end of the street, the fireplace, the birds the beautiful comfy bed. I couldn’t write a message long enough that would describe how amazing this place was.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and we loved the view on the beach. The kitched is well equipped. Beach is within walking distance as well as lots of restaurants. Would definetely recommend and would come back!

Paradise on Palm was a great little beach side apartment with beautifully furnished interior that felt very homely! Location was excellent - <2min walkable distance to beach and <10min walk to shops cafes and restaurants. The apartment had everything you need plus extras that were a lovely touch (eg Cool cabana and picnic bags/boards). Would highly recommend this place! Only negative - one of the rooms the window is not sound proof and as a light sleeper I struggled to sleep with the road noise despite ear plugs being provided, but was not an issue for the other guests at all!

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!
