This place is awesome! It's everything shown in the pictures and more! definitely had a great time. Amazing views from the main bedrooms were amazing. Highly recommend this place to everyone. A special thanks to Mark and his Dad who look after the place very well and were really helpful to us in everyway possible.

This place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. It has the most stunning view in the area! I spent a week here and felt amazing the whole time. Sidhu is a fantastic host – he responds quickly, is friendly, always smiling, and helps with everything. He arranged taxis for me at any time, and if you want to order food or do grocery shopping from home, you can count on him for that too. The internet is fast and perfect for working. The garden is regularly taken care of. I also fed the monkeys with bananas every day – they’re very friendly. It’s the perfect place for meditation and retreat. I’ll definitely come back!

Had a great stay. It’s a property with a gate hard to spot but it’s there 😊. The property is close to both the railway station and also to the Main Street so easy to find places to eat. The master bedroom toilet seat etc could be changed and interiors upgraded to give a brighter look, but as we stayed there only two days and spent most of it outside, no complaints.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve been to. Located in a peaceful surrounding and feels completely private. Gayani was already reaching out before our check in dates to ensure everything’s smooth. Roman & the chef were the highlight! They cooked us a feast and all of us enjoyed the delicious dinner. A must try! The house itself is huge and has an antique touch. Feels right at home. Great place to spend time with family. Wouldn’t think twice to book this place again on our next visit. Loved it.

It was a culinary delight that perfectly complemented our adventure-filled days. Mr. Santosh, played an instrumental role in making our stay exceptional. His assistance and warmth added immense value to our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience throughout our time there. This spot is a must-visit, especially if you're planning a safari at Yala National Park. The rates are incredibly reasonable, offering exceptional value for the experience it provides. It's a treasure trove for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

Wir hatten die beste Zeit dort ! Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind unglaublich lieb gewesen! Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !! Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und unglaublich viel ! Wir waren sehr glücklich dort ! Und an alle die sich über den “Anstieg” zum Häusschen beschweren- logischerweise ist liegt ein Jungle Haus nicht neben der Straße sondern weiter oben! Der Gastgeber hat unsere ganzen Taschen raufgetragen und man geht maximal 5min einen kleinen Weg hinauf. Waren unglaublich zufrieden und würden immer wieder hier her kommen !

We stayed in Sujees house for three days. The most beautiful thing is the jungles around. The house is situated in the heart of the forest with the little river just 10 meters away. You can bathe in the river when it is hot outside and have a 1-2 hours walk along it's bank through the jungles. Sujee is very hospital and friendly

Home away from home ! A family home built to showcase Sri Lankan ancient architecture provided with all the luxury you are looking for a very comfortable stay ! All the rooms and other areas are very spacious. Cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards. Communication with the host is very easy. Delicious food prepared by the caretakekers (two lovely mothers) was so nice. Our group will remember the motherly care offered by the caretakers with all the fond memories of Badulla. We will recommend this place for groups looking for peaceful, comfortable, safe and lovely accommodation in Badulla. Marina Primali
