1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. The perfect set up for a peaceful, relaxing vacation or your temporary home away from home when working out-of-town. Ideally located, the cottage is 1 mile from downtown, 6 blocks from Enloe Hospital, and a 10 minute walk to Chico State. There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

Bidwell Park is at the end of the street. If you are a biker you can be on the trails in .02 of a mile. Downtown Chico and Chico State campus is just about a mile away. The kitchen is stocked with equipment for all your cooking needs. Pick your own fruits, vegetables, and fresh eggs, every morning. Great outdoor space for entertaining with seating for 12 or more. With so much to enjoy, tree fort, pool, basketball hoop, sandbox, and large lawn, our Bright Bungalow will be the destination.

A seasonal creek runs through the property. Room has its own private entrance & views of the pool, llamas & gardens. The hallway has a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, small burner, mini sink, microwave and toaster oven. Coffee, tea, snacks & fresh flowers

Chico, Lindo Guest House w Range, W/D, Deep Tub

Light, bright attached guest house with queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), tub/shower and small private patio. Enter the living room w glass slider overlooking patio. Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.

Updated VINTAGE Mid-Century original, with room to roam, makes a perfect environment for intimate gatherings, or a peaceful, private getaway. Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.

This 3 Bedroom, spacious home is the perfect place to relax, BBQ and swim after a long day on Lake Oroville. Come home to a hot shower and a fresh clean home with all the amenities. Large Master BR with a private entrance onto the balcony that overlooks the lake. The lower level of the house is perfect for some separation of guests that have family members staying. Please note: This is not a pet friendly home! The backyard is all concrete.
