Make yourself at home in this grand Victorian three-storey house in central Buxton and the heart of the beautiful Peak District. Four spacious bedrooms and two family-sized bathrooms both with showers and large baths are spread over two floors. The bright living spaces combine period features with modern architecture. Very central with a parking space, we're less than 8 minutes walk to: Buxton high streets, Opera House, the historic Pavilion, train and bus links to Manchester & the Peaks.

Note: No under 16’s can reside. Beautiful 1876 house, next to owners home, ideally located by tranquil cricket ground, famous Devonshire Dome, Spa, Opera House and Pavilion Gardens. Light, airy lounge with large windows overlooks lawn and, well equipped kitchen/dining area enables breakfast before exploring Peak District. Upstairs a spacious landing offers seating, 4 en-suite TV bedrooms sleeping 9 with 2 zip/link beds enabling flexible sleeping. The top floor provides an additional TV lounge.

"The Barn” at Stoop Farm
"The Old Shippon" at Stoop Farm is a modern barn conversion sleeping at least 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms all with private bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and dinning area gives you all you need to unwind and relax in this spectacular corner of the Peak District National Park overlooking Chrome Hill. Footpaths lead you directly into one of the most dramatic landscapes of the peaks. Stoop farm is in a beautiful secluded location yet only 15mins from the spa town of Buxton.

The Old Chapel - 2 ensuite bedrooms with parking
The Old Chapel is the ground floor apartment in the former Primitive Methodist Chapel in Tideswell. Built in 1893 the property has been lovingly transformed into a luxury contemporary holiday apartment which oozes character and charm. Once inside, the rooms are all on one level. There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

The Burrows is a self-contained garden flat tucked away on a quiet back road in the heart of Buxton. It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. A deceptively spacious bolthole the flat has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a library and study area, a light and airy living room, and a recently upgraded kitchen. The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Large 2 bedroom masionette apartment spread over 2 floors. Newly refurbished, a real labour of love..and endless youtube videos!! Central location, on a main road but quiet and private. No onsite parking but plenty of free on road parking on numerous side streets. Pick up and drop off at the door. A 5 minute walk to Buxton town. Electric Fire, Smart TV, Arcade machine with 60 retro games (including Pac-Man,space invaders, donkey kong) and Wifi make for those chilled cosy nights!
